Friendly staff but serious cleanliness concerns

The staff was attentive and did their best to make us comfortable during our stay. However, the overall cleanliness of the room was below expectations with noticeable stains and a general feeling of neglect. Maintenance of the facilities is urgently needed to enhance the guest experience.

i appreciated the various recreational opportunities offered at days inn. the location was prime, very close to the 'good' side of town hotels, which was a plus. the staff was friendly and attentive, which really stood out during my stay.
